Terms of Service

Draft — written to accurately describe how Axonris Forge works today, not reviewed by a lawyer yet. Do not treat this as final legal advice.
What Axonris Forge is
Axonris Forge is a Windows desktop application that runs AI models locally via Ollama, and optionally routes tasks to a cloud AI provider (e.g. Claude, GPT) using an API key you supply yourself. It is currently in beta.
Your account
Forge runs through Axonris Platform, and the platform requires you to sign in (with your GitHub account) from first launch, including during alpha/beta — this is the security and access layer we're building toward a paid subscription, not just a website extra. The same account is used for the beta waitlist, the forum, and feature voting.
Your responsibility
- You are responsible for content you submit to the forum, blog comments, or feature requests.
- You are responsible for keeping your own cloud API keys valid and for any usage costs charged by the provider you configure.
- Don't use Axonris Forge for anything illegal, or to attack, scrape, or abuse third-party services.
No warranty
Axonris Forge is provided "as is," in active beta. Features can change or break. We don't guarantee uptime for the website or any cloud-dependent feature.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
