Draft — describes the real intended license terms for the Forge desktop app, not reviewed by a lawyer yet.

License grant

Axonris grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run Axonris Forge on your own Windows machine(s) for as long as it's in free beta.

What you can't do

• Redistribute, resell, or repackage the Forge installer as your own product.
• Reverse-engineer the app to bypass its licensing or access controls.
• Use Forge to build a competing product that repackages its local project scaffolding and sandbox execution logic.

Your data and API keys

Any AI provider API keys you add are stored encrypted, locally, on your own machine. Axonris does not have access to them.

Beta status

Forge is beta software. Features, pricing, and licensing terms may change before a stable 1.0 release. We'll announce material changes on the blog.

Termination

We can revoke access for accounts that abuse the service (e.g. abusing the forum, attempting to break rate limits, reselling access). You can stop using Forge and delete it at any time.
